This website is operated by PRIVATE ARTIFACTS. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to PRIVATE ARTIFACTS.

By visiting our site and/or engaging in any order-related process with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced herein.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. PRE-CONTRACTUAL CONFIRMATION
All purchases are preceded by a confirmation stage where the customer reviews and accepts key order parameters, including product nature, pricing, and delivery expectations.

The customer acknowledges that the purchase decision is made after full review and voluntary agreement.

3. BINDING ACCEPTANCE AT PAYMENT
By completing payment, the customer explicitly:
- confirms full understanding of the product nature
- confirms agreement with all store policies
- accepts that the order is final and non-cancellable
- acknowledges that the item is made-to-order or individually handled

Payment constitutes a legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

4. ORDER FINALITY
Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

All orders are processed immediately after payment.

5. PRODUCT NATURE
Products offered may include:

- individually handled or prepared goods
- custom or semi-custom artifacts

Variations in finish, detail, or presentation may occur and do not constitute defects.

6. NO RETURN STRUCTURE
All sales are final in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy.

The customer agrees that returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not available except in strictly defined cases.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:
- shipping delays
- customs processes
- external logistics issues
- incorrect information provided by the customer

Risk transfers upon delivery confirmation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, visuals, and product concepts remain the property of PRIVATE ARTIFACTS and may not be copied or reproduced.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIVATE ARTIFACTS shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses
- subjective dissatisfaction
- delays caused by third parties

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The customer agrees to seek direct resolution first before initiating any dispute.

We reserve the right to present:
- proof of agreement to Terms
- order confirmation
- delivery confirmation
- communication records

in response to any dispute.

11. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service or future transactions at our discretion.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on the operating jurisdiction of the business.
