SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed only after full confirmation and approval with the customer prior to payment.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders require a preparation period of up to 14 business days after payment confirmation.

During this period, the item is individually prepared, handled, or finalized based on the approved order details.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed during the preparation phase.

Once preparation is completed, the order is transferred to a third-party shipping carrier for delivery.

SHIPPING

We use independent third-party shipping carriers to deliver all orders.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:
- shipping delays
- carrier-related issues
- customs processing or inspections
- external logistics disruptions

TRACKING

Tracking information is provided once the order has been shipped.

It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure successful delivery.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

The customer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs-related fees imposed by the destination country.

Failure to pay such charges may result in delays or return of the shipment.

DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for the item transfers to the customer once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.

We are not responsible for:
- failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address
- unclaimed shipments
- delivery refusal by the customer

In case of returned shipments caused by customer-related issues, additional fees may apply.
